Simple Diet Tips - Top 3 Category Of Food You Must Avoid For Six Pack Abs

Every now and then, you have to dine out at restaurants but are you eating the right choices? Your excess fats could be because of this. Drop that possibility with these nutritional tips..

3 category of food to avoid:

  1. Refined Starchy Food
  2. Deep Fried Food (Trans Fats)
  3. Soda AND sugary food (an exception: whole fruits)

4 food sources that does the worst damage in our food supply:

  1. Trans Fats
  2. Refined Vegetable Oils
  3. Refined starchy carbohydrates
  4. Processed Sugars

With those above, here are some examples what to avoid:

Food To Skip/Avoid/Reduce:

  1. French Fries
  2. Pasta and Rice
  3. Soda

Why?

They give you trans fats and high fructose! Avoid them!

  • Burger

  • Full portions of pasta
  • Rice
  • Breads
