Chances are the food you are eating right now makes you fat. Learn to eat fat-burning food as it burns the fats off that you have instead of increasing it UNKNOWINGLY… If you are interested in finding out my top 2 fat burning food, you have to read on… Just so you know, I found all these fat burning food off fitness magazines and programs.
Everyone knows that fruits and vegetables are healthy food. How about I skip the fruits and vegetables for some super healthy food in my opinion?
1. Avocados
Guessed it? I hope so, but are you eating this fat burning food? “Fatty food” you would consider. With this, it makes my meal more delicious and creamier!

2. Yolks of the EGG - Egg Yolks!
You guessed it too? Too classic eh? Egg yolks has fats and cholestrols. Egg yolks has a legendary misconception on its cholestrol. Egg yolks actually raises your GOOD cholestrols and helps balance proper ratios.
Cholestrols on these yellow gems are GOOD, don’t join the rest in thinking that they are not. Not many know but the omega-3 mineral content is much HIGHER and have a better fat profile balance.
If you are one of the people who overlooked the fact that egg yolks are one of the most nutrient food in this world, it’s time to change as the vitamins, minerals and nutrients it carries are not one you want to miss. If you want me to list up all the essential nutrients in the egg yolks, it’ll probably take me 2 days to write it up with detailed explanations. Just too many.
Just remmeber that egg yolks should NOT be avoided compared to egg whites. The proteins found in them is more bioavailable with the yolks.

The Avocados are easy to prepare and slice them up into any of my main dish. Not to mention the possibility of having Avocados as desserts. Initially, you will drat about the taste of Avocados, however, over time you will like it.
You will thank yourself for having Avocados in the future and not giving up despite its awful taste.
